Terms of Use for Path of Virtue

Welcome to Path of Virtue, a service developed by Sergei Suslov (Sole Professional No. 105731), based in the United Arab Emirates ("We," "Us," "Our," or "Company"). By installing or using the Path of Virtue application ("App" or "Service"), you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
1. Description of Service
Path of Virtue is a platform that allows users to engage in the Path of Virtue game, available via the @PathOfVirtueBot Telegram bot. The Service provides a unique gaming experience based on Stoic philosophy and interactive gameplay.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. You also affirm that you are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using this Service.
3. Installation and Use
You can start the game by navigating to the chat with @PathOfVirtueBot on Telegram and initiating the game using the `/start` command. By using this Service, you agree to comply with all instructions provided within the App to ensure proper functionality.
4. Payment Plans
Path of Virtue operates on a pay-per-play model. Each game play requires a one-time payment. If you wish to replay the game, you must purchase another game play. Pricing details are displayed at the time of purchase.
4.1. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within the first 8 days after purchasing a game play. To initiate a refund, contact us at contact@path-of-virtue.com. Refund requests received after the 8-day period will not be accepted. Approved refunds will result in cancellation of your access to the game. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from using the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Avoid overloading, disrupting, or interfering with the proper functioning of the Service, including using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and other users.
Violations of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service, with or without prior notice.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as outlined therein. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws if collecting data from third-party users through the Service.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to features, functionality, or pricing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from such modifications.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to access the Service will immediately cease. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for misuse or harm caused to the Service or other users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not responsible for any harm arising from the use of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns or disputes, contact us to resolve the issue informally. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

We may update these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
